Job Title: Assistant ADV F/H

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant ADV (Administration des Ventes) to join our dynamic team within the Public Sector in Nanterre, France. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our administrative and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with public sector regulations.
  • Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information related to sales orders and contracts.
  • Support the sales team in tracking sales metrics and preparing reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including Finance and Logistics, to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Participate in the organization and execution of public sector tenders and bids, assisting with the required documentation and compliance checks.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers to ensure adequate stock for upcoming projects.
  • Assist in developing and improving administrative processes to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.


Required Skills:
 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems used in sales and inventory management.
  • A keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Additional Qualifications and Experience:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role, ideally within the public sector or a related industry, is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of public procurement processes and regulations is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools will be considered an asset.
