We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Financial Services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a variety of projects that support our business objectives and enhance our service offerings. Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Create detailed project plans with stakeholders, defining scope, goals, and deliverables, and lead timely execution.
Stakeholder Management: Engage key stakeholders to meet their needs throughout the project lifecycle.
Resource Management: Coordinate internal and third-party resources for efficient project allocation.
Budget Management: Develop and monitor project budgets to ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Risk Management: Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and manage potential issues proactively.
Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
Team Leadership: Mentor project teams to enhance collaboration and performance through effective leadership.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory standards and maintain high quality throughout the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Financial Services industry (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards in the UK.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and technologies impacting the financial services landscape.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills; capable of motivating teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at engaging stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on results.
- Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Qualifications (Desirable):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Experience with financial services regulations and compliance (e.g., FCA, MiFID II).
- Knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, investment, insurance, and fintech innovations.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
